Due to you typing a lot, I'm going to eliminate the idea that you are a troll because no troll put that's much time and effort into a question. If you want my opinion I'll give it to you. No, I don't think it's wrong and I think you're a respectable and kind individual. People forget that at 16/17 you actually are extremely mature for your age and know what you want. If she didn't want to be with you, she wouldn't choose to be as far as I see it. Age is an intresting thing, but if we change the goal posts around a little bit.. If she was 20 and you were 30, would people have the same opinions? No they wouldn't and to be honest not a lot changes between 17-20, well that was the case for me at least. I respect you for being brave enough to do something like this, and treating a girl so well. We need more men in the world like you, and due to your past experience of being with older women it's clear you're not just after a young woman (She's no longer a minor anymore people, get with it). If you love her, and she loves you. What the hell does age have to do with anything? People argue that "She was playing with barbies 5 years ago" when really, that's irrelevant. Age means nothing in terms of love.

It is against the law so technically it is wrong. But talk to your parents and hers because if they dont know about it and you get in trouble by not telling them it will hurt you in the end.

Also, do not have sex until she does turn 16 because if she gets pregnant the state will have to find out you are the father and you can get into alot of trouble.

As long as you keep it on the DL, you should be fine. Age is just a number & love it really what matters.

Good luck !

If you want to go to jail, it's not. *Lol* But seriously, there's usually a maturity difference between someone who is done with high school (or finishing h.s.) and someone still in high school. Especially if the relationship lasts and you go to college, you may want to hang with an older crowd and date other people. As you become an adult you will leave behind the high school world and want to experience more in life (that's why I strongly discourage getting married really young). However, you're still young so don't miss out on what could be a wonderful relationship. Just remember to keep both of your futures in mind.

Its fine as long as you can cope with the age gap.

And besides, the older you get the less it matters and the less of a gap there will appear to be. It's only because right now both of you are in varying stages of growing up and there may seem to be a big gap. But once you're 27 and she's 24 it really won't matter.

its illegal when you turn 18! Its legal with consent when shes 16 or 17 it all depends on the state that your in! avoid her until she's 17, that's what dudes do in Texas!

well if her parents just turn on her or you they could call the police and they would have you arrested! But if your white the penalty would probably be 2months probation without it being on your record. Well probably not even that!

Well its illegal with your risk!

Now you stop and think about that question. You wouldn't be wondering if you felt comfortable about it now would you? You are almost an adult and the girl is still a child. Are you going to college? You will meet oodles of cute girls and it would not be fair to either of you to not be interested in them. She is in the high school ga ga stage and you are in the real world after high school.

At your age yes. Each of you has a different level of maturity. That maturity will change for both of you ever the next few years. Everything including her will look totally different.

I am a girl in the exact same situation as you. My boyfrined and I understand that will be illegal when he turns 18, and we are going to deal with that when it comes. But, if you care for her and it doesn't bother her then I don't think it is wrong at all.
