No, but you should try changing it up. You'll get better results. Find different exercises that work the same muscles and try super setting. With super setting you can combine your strength training and cardio and be done with your workout in less time, plus keep your heartrate up. Oh, also, make sure if you're walking that you're walking at a fast pace-and keeping your heartrate up--otherwise you might want to consider a different cardio exercise that takes less time and burns more fat--like an eliptical machine or super sets with weights. A good exercise that works well is finding two or three different exercises (ie: pushups, dips, squats) and doing one of each, then without resting do two, then three, then four, then five until you reach ten. You'll psyche yourself out psychologically by not having to do more than ten in a set, but at the end of ten you'll have done 55 and trust me your heart will be pumping. Once this becomes easy for you, you can either increase the number or you can then count down from ten. Good luck.

How much are you resting. I would up the weights and yoga times but only do it 3 times a week. I would keep the walking daily. Also the crunches could be done daily. Add that in with a little dieting and you should be on a good track. Also get lots of rest and drink lots of water.

doing yoga for only 15mins wont help anything, (unless you're stretching after walking 4 miles). yoga should take as long as 1 hour.

but you're doing great! keep up the good work =)

No that's not too much at all.

It's a good start if you have the time to walk 4 miles.

That's nothing.
Other than the walking your only doing 30 minutes of activity!

Do YOU think you're overdoing it?

Are you losing more than 2 lbs a week?

If you answer Yes to either of these questions, its too much.

4 miles is a lot. I think you can reduce your exercise a little bit.
