lowdegree lower backpain should be ok to keep using it - most doctors say you should keep exercising even with chronic back pain. However,if it's really painful - STOP. Make sure any reoccurring backpain is checked out by a doctor.

As a general rule, if your pain starts, lower the intensity and see how it goes. If it keeps going, change what you're doing - like use a fitball for a while. If it keeps going, stretch it out and do your cool down and stop - see a doctor if you haven't already. If you make an appointment with one of the trainers at the gym you go to they can help you with low impact exercises too when times like this come around.

Do you know what is causing your low back pain?
If you don't, see a doctor.

I have lower back pain, but i know what is wrong.
I use the treadmill every day.
It hurt like heck at first, but it has gotten better with time.

you can keep going. lower back pain might be the cause of you jumping when running (or hopping when walking). i had that and knee pain, my instructor said i was jumping when running on the treadmill.

Yes! I have low back pain and walking is the only thing that helps!
