No, the mini wheats would have been healthier with "skim milk" as they advertise (that watered down "crap"(in YA! suitable language)) on the nutrition facts. All these cereals and stuff are really healthy man. Put some of that peanut butter on bread and you gotta good healthy mix. I seriously and honestly dont know about the chicken noodle soup bout its damn good...but i can't imagine how much sodium and (or) carbs that s$%^ has man lol. Whatsup with the healthy variety? A lil Filet Mignon dude will be ballin man lol. "Spice up" that diet a lil' man. Stuff like Salmon and Chicken breast you'll be good to go man. PEACE!!

Not a healthy balanced diet, but not a lot to eat. Try fruit & toast for breakfast ham & cheese sandwich with lettuce & tomato for lunch & maybe spaghetti & garlic bread for dinner. in between meals have a V8 & get this a peanut butter banana. Oh that sounds delicious.
Just suggestion :)

Well you certainly got your minimum daily requirements of processed sugars, empty carbs, salty greasy water, more very sweetened starches, and then a lot more of those salts.
The orange is good. I would lose the rest of that crap and try to get in some more protein (eggs for example) and some vegetables.

No, but you should try eating more from other food groups. You need more fruits and vegetables (although you do have an orange). The amount you eat also depends on your age, height, and weight.

it sounds like you're on a diet. if you are, try drinking lots of water. it helps.

Depends on how big you are. You should keep a food log and add up your caloric intake and compare it to your body mass to find out if you are eating to much or to little for your desired weight.

Its not healthy but it isn't alot of food for one full day. I suggest milk and less sugar. Also, some more protein so your muscles don't suffer. This is basically a no-nutrient. all sugar diet.

No! In fact that's very little.
If you keep eating like that, you'll lose weight.
If you're trying to lose weight, it's a great way to do it!
