with the eating part of my diet. I have lost weight but now it seems like the exercise is maintaining the weight that i have lost but i want to lose more. I also have a underactive thyroid. Is anybody else like this?

Your underactive thyroid is slowing down your metabolism. Try shocking the body by changing up your exercise routines. Also you might need to change your diet. Eat more proteins--especially on workout days. Make sure you lift weights (light ones) in addition to cardio. Muscle helps you burn fat. Diversify your workouts and increase your reps as exercises get easier. Good luck.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

yeah you're right you maintaining your weight since u've lost all the fats on your body by good diet and exercise. how tall are you and how much you weigh??
