Hi my uncle and i want to go ou of the country at the end of may but he recently lost his greencard and without that he cant go anywhere we r going to apply for the lost greencard form but do u know how long it will come?

Apply for a replacement now. Right now. Today. Then pray, because you are cutting it a bit fine.
Unlike the passport, you cannot get a Green Card same day.

There is a fee for the replacement of a green card and it will take a while. Your uncle has to carry his immigration documets at all times failure to do so is a federal crime. So apply as soon as possible and sit patiently for it.

You can get a passport in one day if you go in person. The same might be true for green cards - I don't know. You need to look at the State Department web page.

I thought there was a long delay in issuing a replacement green card. A year or so. sorry.
