Airline paint jobs. Your favorite????

Question

The one I liked themost was national Airlines, who merged into Pan Am years ago. Their planes were all white, except for the taill number.

For some reason I like the lufthansa livery, not too exciting, but it is good with the little bird or whatever it is.

Air Jamaica. The livery is very colorful and the national bird of Jamaica called The Doctor Bird is on the tail.

The first runner up is Royal Jordanian with dark gray on white with a gold stripe and gold crown on the tail it is very classy.

I know what you mean about that Delta livery. I like the basic idea of the blue, dark blue and red flag flying motif but it just doesn't scream Delta.

I'm sorry to disagree with you 753 but the Lufthansa livery is concidered to the most boring, tired, and uninspired of all. I liked the NATIONAL AIRLINES livery too. It had the sun on the tail with the face of the sun in profile in orange and yellow like the stripe down the fusilage.

I would have to go with Northwest Airlines... I dont really like the old paint job but the new one with the silver and red is really sharp... I put a new airplane on my desktop almost every day and I try to mix it up but I find myself drawn to the great NWA livery.

As far as a normal paint scheme, I really like the paint scheme of British Airways.

As far as a special scheme, I like the one that I just flew into JFK tonight. Here is a link to it. Not my picture though.

Clean, unassuming, and weighing the aircraft down a lot less than any others.

Less weight means less fuel burn means more profit!
