At 10 pm tonite...Friday 13th...small bird fluttering around our sliding glass doors...then flew away...what is bird doing outside in the middle of the night..any thing superstitious?

It means you have really clean windows , and the bird was not a nocturnal .
Maybe it was a bat.
On a more serious note though, "birds are drawn to any light source. If you have one inside your house , all you have to do is cover the windows leave one open to the light and the bird will fly outside to the light.

There is no mythological meaning behind it.Depending on the species it is either a nocturnal type bird looking for bugs on your window.If it was a diurnal bird it most likely got spooked from its roost and flew to the light coming out of your house.

What kind of bird, it depends. If its dark something afoot, if its white your protected even thru evil times, if you dont know what color then, at 10 a clock at night that is odd so i know why you think somethings up about it. Is it 10 o clock special to you did something happen or around that time or date. Sometimes things come around to remind of certein thing we need to do. Hope that helps

It means is that it wasn't Thursday the 12th or Saturday the 14th. These things happen. You shouldn't base your life on superstitions. God has created you for something bigger than that.
