I gave a note to this guy I like?

So i really like this guy and i got my friend to give him the note for me. Everytime i get near him i freak out and run away. I just wanted him to know how i feel and my friends took to note from him because they thought it was creepy to be open about how i feel. He is older than me he is in 9th grade and im in 8th was it a dumb thing to do?

does he have a locker if he does why dont you put the feeling you have in the note to him in his locker instead of geting your friend to give it to him...... and he might reply back by puting a not in your locker

Notes are dumb and involving your friends in your love life is dumb. You need to get the courage to express your own feelings directly. I am a former note writer and I am here to tell you that notes always seem to bite you in the behind -or-, worse, you never get a response and then you wonder if they got the note, what their reaction was, etc. It is torture.

Well, in my experience
all that middle-school stuff giving notes and what not is really not cutting it in high school. He might even laugh, I have no idea. It would be better if you told him. Another pre-caution is that you are in 8th grade and he is in 9th in which he is exposed to ALOT OF GIRLS My suggestion is to wait till your in high school. It'll be a lot easier

The trying to communicate part wasnt, but a note might not be the best idea, because then other people who it was not ment for could get their hands on it, and bugg you about it.

not at all i really dont under stand some girls when they like someone they will get all gushy and flirty and will keep it a secret. Theres really no point in keeping the secret because you should straight up tell the guy that you like him and if he doesnt like you the same way then get on with your life and find a new guy that will like you the same way.
