Hang curtians that will still let the light through. It makes it harder to see inside.

You might want to consider adding an arbor to the side of your house in the vicinity of your dining room window. You could then plant some grape vines, or other flowering vines and eventually you will have coverage. In the meantime, put bamboo roller shades (inexpensive at Lowe's) on the sides and top of the arbor, to give temporary coverage.

A friend of mine had a similar issue, they ended up changing the window to glass block. It turned out very cool looking and gave the almost wall of windows a great texture. They also put small can lights on a dimmer along the ceiling which created a elegant look at night, inside and out. They did it themselves. I'm pretty sure it wasn't as expensive as it sounds. They've always been on tight budget. Might be worth checking out.

Outside you can install lattice work shutters and train morning glory vines on them (they are fast growers)
Inside buy some contact paper in a stained glass design or frosted design. You can also buy paint that stains windows. (it comes in a spray can at Wal Mart) or make your own out of beer and empsom salts (it washes off so see how you like it) Or put lattice work cut to fit on the inside of your window painted white with some sheer curtains.
I frosted a door window with spray frosting in a criss, cross design. I taped off the window then sprayed it. You can also buy special window coverings like contact but designed for big windows. Google; window coverings. I have a huge living room window and used plastic PVC pipe for curtain rods, because regular rods were too expensive. Hope this helps.

you could just plant some trees but that might take a while to grow..or you could put up a fence but you might not wanna spend that kind of money..so my suggestion is to look at the room and get a curtain that will go with the theme..you could also get some blinds

How about a half curtain that only comes up to "neck high" on your window so you can see out but they can not tell what you are wearing?
