You should see *some* changes, but you won't notice any REAL change for at least six weeks.
Diets take longer to affect the body's set metabolism--than exercise alone.
Excercise in itself will just slowly transform your body's outward appearance bit by bit. So you could notice something different in a couple of weeks. (But I wouldn't get TOO excited over it! lol)
If you're looking for a "quick fix"--in time for the summer rush--you're just deluding yourself. Won't happen.
Permanent change--if you were to keep on a set schedule--usually takes a few years. (Only because your body likes to yo-yo around on weight and diet preferences.)
Just remember: If you go off your diet or your exercise routine--or BOTH--everything will just come back and boomerrang you right upside the head; smart quick.

Lots of people will see a difference in that time, but not everyone. Did your doctor check your metabolism, training program and general health before recommending your diet? If so, then he or she will be able to tweak your diet or program for better results, or let you know that changes are coming up, which is the most likely outcome.

Typically you will see a small loss of weight within 10-14 days, but it's only water weight. Your true weight will start to drop within 4-6 weeks and even then it might be a small amount because what fat weight you drop might be replaced with muscle. Any physical changes in your body (ie: skinner waist) will come in 6-8 weeks. Good Luck!!

abt 4 weeks you will see some changes. but there will be a period after the 6 week that ur body will not lose any weight thought the maintain the same level of food and excerise. bear with it.. the the period that most ppl feel that it is useless and continue back the old ways. ENDURE !!

that depends on the amount of exercise your getting and how many calories your cutting with your diet,
if you want a good workout get moving and raise your heart rate for at least 30 minutes 3-5 times a week, I would also suggest

Yes, but the initial changes are mostly water loss.
You can't crash diet and expect miracle weight loss in 2 weeks. It took a while for you to gain weight, it's going to take a while to lose it.
Don't panic if you hit a plateau.

It all depends everyone is different but you should see some change not alot though so don't be dissapointed and give up. It takes time and especially if you are doing it the healthy way Good luck

One of the scariest things about beginning to workout is your clothes get TIGHTER before they get looser- more loose- whatever....
You build muscle faster than you lose fat so when you begin to work out you add muscle before the fat begins melting away so your clothes get more tight which can mislead you into thinking not only are you not getting anywhere but that you are losing grouind when in reality you are making excellent progress by adding muscle _ which will eventually cause yo to burn fat/lose weight more quickly! phew that was a mouthful....I gotta go rest and eat some cheesecake.

It really depend on how drastically you've changed your eating habits and how much you've been working out...I would give it a month before expecting any really noticeable changes. Definitely don't get discouraged after only two weeks :)

It depends on your body type, every one is different. Some people will see changes sooner than others. The important thing is to stick to it.
