what email accounts have a POP access so i could see my mail through thunderbird? any links?

You can use ANY the popular webmail email services with Thunderbird, you just need to install a simple extension to access the accounts, first. It allows you to access yahoo, hotmail, lycos, AOL, and others. You can download and install this extension from this website: http://webmail.mozdev.org/installation.html

You must install the main extension called WebMail plus the extension for the site you would like to use. Hope this helps!

3. Yahoo! Mail (only with the paid version Yahoo! Mail Plus

I'm not too sure about others, but I am positive Gmail has POP. It gives you instructions on the settings page.
