Eating the wrong fruits and vegetables can gain you weights. Some fruits like water melon contain high sugar content. Other fruits and vegetables are acidic in nature and contribute to your fats.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

You will be cutting back on too many calories and your body will think its starving and you will not lose more than a few pounds. Take 2 tbls. Heinz apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before a meal. Vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals so you can still eat the foods you love just not so much of it. You will feel full, full and full. I eat just one meal a day and I am full the rest of the day. Also drink 6-8 glasses of water for hydration of the inner body. If you diet, there is a possibility that you will lose hair. Vinegar will keep the hair long and strong.

you would lose only water weight and muscle NOT FAT. and then gain back more as soon as start eating normal. thats what always happens by crash dieting.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

You should try eating some meat since without all of the calories and fat you need you could pass out but try lean meats and exercise and just have a regular healthy diet also if you eat fruits with a lot of citrus once in a while it will help you lose weight.

If you are so foolish as to do this (see a doctor FIRST!), at least take a good quality, non artificially synthesised multivitamin/mineral, and a calcium supplement, daily. Eat at least an avocado, a serve of yam (sweet potato), and one of broccoli, with mung bean sprouts, daily, and preferably some paw paw, along with anything else. A serve is 2 heaped tablespoons, or 1/2 a cup full.
