i want to be sexy... but my problem is...i cant control taking in some food as long as it was there...hmmmm... what can i do..

Yes, I seem to have the same problem recently.....normally I can control what I eat...and say 'no', but I'm eating loads at the minute....My plan to put a stop to this is to create a food diary and to put every little thing that I eat in there.....hoping this will stop the over eating a bit. Just an idea!

If you like to eat, eat only alkaline food.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. don't go on a not-eating stretch, it is very bad. Excercise 30-50 minutes a day, start out easy and work up. Do not eat junk food. Eat things with a lot of protein so they will fill you up but you don't eat a lot. Don't eat when you are stressed just to relax. Drink Lots of water. Reduce the size of your plate. If you feel hungry after eating, wait 10 minutes of so to let your mind catch up to your body.

keep yourself busy so you dont have to think about food. and rather than eating your emotions - find whats behind them, dont try to fill up yourself with food instead of whats missing.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

i lost 15lbs in 5 days

1)jogging every morning (haw far? depends on your stamina)
2)tae bo 5 times a week (1hr)
3)hot yoga twice a week (1hr 30mins - to strech and relax your muscles from tae bo and jogging)

eat healthy and drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.

eating jalapenos and taking 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar will boost your metabolism!

-i feel toned and really healthy =)

before eating drink a 12oz glass of metamucil... this will fill you up quicker and make you eat less
