Believe it or not water. Just pure water will stop your migraine. When you have a migraine it is a sign that you are dehydrated. Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day. Vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals. Much better than pills, as vinegar is rapidly accepted by the body. Read about vinegar on the web. You should drink 6-8 glasses of water per day. Water has cured my sinusitis. Read the water cure as well.

It will go away by itself sooner or later. Try massaging your temples toward the BACK of your head slowly.

Try this too. Next time, WHEN you get that funny feeling that you know a migraine is coming on, EAT something immediately.

The blood supply rushes to the stomach to help digestion, and it takes pressure off of the head, stopping the migraine before it starts.

I had migraine and tension headaches before. I cured them by the following methods. Some methods I can identify as good while I am not sure about others as I did all the methods at the same time.
- Acupuncture cures my tension headaches instantly by releasing a bit of blood from forehead.
- Reduce acid intake solve all kind of headaches and migraines. Take alkaline water to test if your problem arises from too much acid. To create alkaline water, put 2g of sodium bicarbonate (from bakery) into 300ml of water. Drink 2 liters of alkaline water per day.
- Yoga has some steps to cure headaches and migraines. I do them in the morning, before lunch and before dinner. I also do it when my headaches starts.

I have a hard time getting rid of my migraines if I don't take my meds in time. I don't know if you have any physical signs that occur before a migraine (mine are my nose feels funny, then floaties in my eyes then the pain!!!!!!!).

If you do have any of the signs eiyther take your meds immediatly or take some tylenol and drink something with caffenine.

For now sisncy you already have one, try to drink something VERY cold like icecream, icee or a very cold drink (which will constrict the blood vessles) the drink somthine warm/hot like hot chocolate or coffee or tea with will dialate the vessels.

This works for me. It does not completely get rid of it mbut helps the pain.

Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

if it's just a regualr headache, try closing your eyes and massaging around your eyes and eyebrows. also go to the nearest organic food store and ask about herbs that could help out. drink TONS of water in case you are dehydrated. if you are throwing up and feeling dizzy: YOU MUST GO TO THE DOCTOR! it may be a tumor, onset of anurism, etc!!
