Are there any activities that deal with pneumatic system?

I'm not sure I understand your question.

Many mechanical systems that handle materials are pneumatic systems.

Many grain handling and transfer systems are pneumatic and depend on and use high volume low pressure air compressors to deliver sufficient air (or vacuum) to large duct systems. These duct systems then act as conveyors by entraining the product in the airflow, and are used to unload and load railcars, storage bins, storage silos, etc. and transfer products between storage, and production and packaging areas.

Similar systems are used in the mining industry to provide fresh air to undergroung facilities and to control dust and air pollution.

There are many applications in industry for pneumatic systems.

Do you mean like experiment type activities you can preform??

If so sure, build a small vehicle, be it land air or water propelled with compressed air, such as a balloon. Or you can build rockets with empty plastic soda bottles that are propelled with compressed air.
