Since god created all, in the minds of its followers, then it is obvious that they believe that god created cancer. Those hypocrits who pick and choose what god created hope to delude others as they have deluded themselves. They could get away from this question by simply claiming that the cells had the free will to become cancerous. Perhaps Satan is working at the cellular level to undermine god. Will cancerous cells end up in hell, even if the rest of the body goes to heaven?

Excuse me, a diety higher than God? Which one would that be? Since God created everything, everyone, I didn't realize their was a higher diety. God commands respect. God is Soverign. Like it or not...how dare we even question His motive. The man who spoke everything into existance. Is there a Diety higher? In the Holy Bible, Exodus 4:11, God said, "Who has made man's mouth? Or who makes the mute, the deaf, the seeing, or the blind? Have not I, the Lord?" I will not argue who designed Cancer. All I will say God is the Answer and has the Answer and the Cure. In Exodus over and over again, the Word says, God hardened Pharoah's heart....that is why Pharoah did as he did. God is God. God can and will do anything to fulfill His Divine Will, Not ours. You want to be free of sickness? Live righteously. Sinless, Holy Before the God of Creation....if we did that, we wouldn't have to fear any of Gods plaques!

your question is based on a false premise. God did not design cancer. adam and eves sin allowed all disease to enter the world.
with that in mind, NO, a different God would not be better since the real God didnt CREATE cancer. also, who says that suffering is always without a redemptive quality?? after all, the crucifixation brought about the potential for salvation

Strawman.
The Bible never says that God intelligently designed diseases. They are a consequence of sin. The Bible says that the wages of sin are death. Because Adam sinned, mortality and disease were introduced into the world. The fact that we succumb to certain debilitating diseases such as cancer is because of sin.
Your statement is a misrepresentation of the Bible and of the position of many Christians.

Cancer is a spiritual life form foreign to and living in antithesis to the living God and the life of its host.
It is in antithesis to God for God is not willing that any should perish.
As a joke you postulate God as the author of cancer! Were it not that Jesus Christ shows mercy to all; I should let the god of cancer be your god, and let your avatar bow to it also.

And if Darwin Did It, then CANCER is the Fittest or the Naturally Selected Choice.
In other words Nature finds cancer to be better to have around than humans.

God did not designed cancer. It came about because of Adam and Eve's sin.So we are imperfect and have sicknesses and die.
