What does the phrase "sucking on advil" mean? i have heard my 14 year old cousin use this term, and wonderiing if i should be concerned.

Are they trying to defeat a drug test by causing a false positive with large amounts of advil? I know it can do that.

Or maybe it's a saying that means life gives them a constant headache.
