ok im not fat buttt....i have a REALLY fat lower backk does anyone kno how to loose it , it depresses me!!

you cant choose which body part to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weight loss.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

you have to do some cardio to lose fat. Therefore you are gonna need a place to run. Also try doing situps and crunches to tone your abs a little

Pilates and yoga, work your lower back and all of your core muscles, will actually change your body shape!!!

do sqats but dont let youre knees come out too much. theyre pretty easy and if you do twenty a day every day i think you should she an improvement. Good luck!!!
