go to www.google.com type in mental deficiency and you should have quite a few things to choose from. google is a great resource when looking for specific things. you can also change the wording around to get difference results.
you might also want to look under mental health, and/or specifically search for a medical site or medical dictionary to find other links that may help answer your questions. good luck! :)
