I had been clean of marijuana and all other forms of drugs for 8 months. My ex and I just broke up last week and so feeling helpless, upset and ultimately depressed I went to a friends house. Well they broke out the weed and so I smoked about 2 joints worth I'd say over 3 days. I need to know does this mean it'll still take a full month to rid my body of evidence of the marijuana use. I know I shouldn't have even smoked it or anything but I did and now I have to pay consequences for those actions. I just wanted to know about how long it'd take to get out of my system for the dif types of drug testing. Especially since I'm unemployed and don't know what places will require a drug test or what kind. Thanks a bunch.

Do not be so hard on yourself, it is our government that wants you to feel bad, meanwhile, people who get drunk is OK, people who smoke ciggarettes, are OK, do you see what I mean. You did nothing wrong, other than relieve your stress, and do not worry about the drug test. You can buy these tests over the counter, and test yourself, and you might be surprised that it will not show up, as long as you did not smoke too much. The health food stores carry all kinds of de-tox products, that do work, but the best thing to do is get your own test done, so you can see where you are at. If you have access to a sauna, sweating it out works great, and drink plenty of water. No worries.

If you only smoked 2 joints then it will not take 30 days to clear your system.

Take a lot of milk and natual food regularly. It helps forgetting the smell of nicotine. I suggest you may take up juice fasting for 3 consecutive days to get rid of the toxins.

Sorry, but there are certain things that you do in life which will come around and haunt you. All I can say is, don't ever touch the stuff again.

Good luck. We're counting on you.
