Taxpayers “out of the country.” If, on the regular due date
of your return, you are “out of the country” and a U.S. citizen
or resident, you are allowed 2 extra months to file your return
and pay any amount due without requesting an extension.
For a calendar year return, this is June 15, 2007. File this
form and be sure to check the box on line 8 if you need an additional 4 months to file your return

If his earnings is stated to the IRS and he would not record his tax return, they're going to come finding for him at last. they're engaged on products not stated for tax year 2004 now, so it takes awhile. If he's having adequate taken out to pay his taxes, the IRS might only basically record a return for him and enable him be attentive to what's been accomplished, or if he did not have adequate taken out, only bill him for the stability. If he did not have extra withheld so he had a reimbursement coming, his tax return would not have something to do besides with getting new child help - purely the refund might nicely be grabbed for back help, so if he calculated his withholding so he did not have a reimbursement, there would not be something to take. In maximum places, wages might nicely be garnished for back new child help, and additionally you are able to set as much as have the present help deducted from wages formerly he gets his paycheck, and sent to the courts or different valid business enterprise to be sent to you. verify into that to work out if it is accomplished on your section.

If you owe them money, you will pay a fine, if they owe you money, nothing.
If you think you are going to owe them, file an extension, you will still have to pay interest, but no fine. You can get the forms necessary at:

If you owe, you'll pay a small penalty and interest. If you have a refund coming, nothing will happen.
