If your mother lied to the insurance company then you are in bad shape. Otherwise, your mother can let anyone drive her car and they are covered. Car insurance covers the car not the driver.

If if wasn't your fault then the person who hit you's insurance company would pay. If you are a young driver & weren't listed on the policy & live in the household then they might not pay. I would suggest getting your own cheap policy. You may want to try a website that compares multiple companies at once to get you the best price. I am paying less than ½ after I did.

You've left out way too much here. Do you live at home? If so, and you have a license, you should be on her policy. If you aren't, and the accident is your fault, they would be reluctant to cover it, but probably would if she has collision and you had her permission to drive her car.
If it really isn't your fault, the other person's policy will be covering it.

If its not your fault have the other person's insurance cover it. If another car wasn't involved you can try your insurance, my friend's girlfriend wrecked his car and hers covered it. You mom's insurance may also cover it since you live in the same house.

Even if you live in the house, but have your own car thru a different insurance company they dont have to cover you. But if you had permission to drive the veh, then it should be under your moms liability insurance.

Unless your mom had your name listed as a driver, the insurance company is well within their rights to refuse coverage. If need be, you may be required to contact an attorney for help! Good luck!

if you have only liability, no. But if the other car that was involved was at fault, then their insurance should cover it.
Liability insurance only covers the other guy

They have ever right to deny it. Everyone in your household of driving age with access to the keys of the car should be on your policy. Why should they pay for damages you cause when you guys arent paying them for you to drive it?
