Oh you poor thing!
When I was dieting this is what I generally ate:
Breakfast: Peaches & Cottage CHeese
Snack: Hard boiled egg english muffin & 1 V8
Lunch : turkey wrap with lettuce & tomato & bean sprouts
Snack: applesauce V8 Granola bar
Dinner Pork Chop Pasta carrots
bedtime snackScrambled eggs (2) Glass milk orange
believe it or not that's less that 1400 calories a day & I was stuffed.
Always keep cucumbers Celery bean sprouts & lettuce in your refrigerator. Also I have a "FREE" Salad that you can eat all you want & there is absolutely no calories to it unless you add dressing to it. If you want it let me know I will type it up and email it to you.

A nice juicy double cheese burger with all the fixings you like, served with a heaping plate of fries with gravy. And a big slab of pie for dessert.

eat the house down and go puck in the toilet. isn't that what you skiney freaks do? don't mean to be mean but you need to learn how to eat right and think about your body and mind...go on line and find good recipes that are low in fat but good for you....you will shine like a penney and be so beautiful in side and out that people will swarm around you...try to stay away from fast food places, but if you can't don't do it all the time and go on line to check out there cal,s on the food,s you like and try not to eat over 3,500 a day. thats easy to do if your not paying atention to what your eating in a day...hey...good luck to you....we live in a fat filled world...don't let it beat you
