Jesus had his own personal relationship with God (his "father"). Religion didn't factor into the equation back then. Some folks, through Jesus, had the right angle. But their communications fell under other scrutiny and editted, censored and so on. Big controversy. Ya can't unite all religions. Nice dream but religion is man made with their own hidden agendas. It would be very cool but man is man (I'm not talking gender here, it's human-kind in general). He did the best he could with what he was dealt. I'm not a Christian but kudos on the man. He was divinely guided, no doubt. The rest of us had to put in our 2-bits worth. That's what "man" does best.
Everything man has put his signature on, whether it be divinely ispired or otherwise, can never be trusted 100%.
Again ... not a Christian ... but the man had nothing but good in him. Same as with many of the other prophets whose words have transcended time itself.

Jesus given name at birth was Joshua Ben Joseph.
Jesus had a ray of light emanating from the crown of his head at birth.
Jesus walked at the age of three months.
Jesus spoke fluently at the age of six months.
Jesus was discussing spiritual matters at the age of six with the high priests.
The birth was conceived through a woman by a breath (or word) that was delivered from God.
Jesus was a prophet of Almighty God.
A Prophet came to fulfil a mission that God had proclaimed.
A prophet of God completes the mission and the commandment of God, and this carries certain limitations.
God had further plans for mankind, and the uniting of the various "Faiths" could not take place at that time, since the formation of all the various "Faiths" had not been completed.
If I have spoken in error, I ask Gods forgiveness.
"Peace be unto you"

Because the other religions were other religions and Jesus was sent with corrections, as was each prophet before him. Another reason is that he never traveled very far. He did not have any knowledge of Hinduism etc. So the only things he could have united was Judaism and Roman religion and possibly Zoroastrianism. Three very different schools of thought.

Jesus was born in Bethlehem but his family had two different views about religion. Being born to Virgin Mary, it complicated the social-religious composition by far. It is simpler to let this doubt go, than to try to solve. Faith is a powerful thing, if not mess with.

How many babies do you know have the ability to negotiate between opposing parties? Besides Jesus as a full grown man did not come to bring peace to this world but to make Salvation available to all them who would believe.

Because Jesus made many moracles, and do Miraclesa even today everyday...but he can force noone to do anything, the first prerrogative is that YOU have to want...he can´t change people´s grief and materialism, interest, and crazyness about power, sex and hate that so many people are inmerse, so, the choice is yours
