unfortunately we cant choose which body part to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weightloss.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

You can't go wrong with running. Just 30-40 min fast walk or running per day would be great. And remember, it's better to do little but every day than too much at once and then stop with it :)

Also I found 2 good programs to lose weight, you can count in while you also exercise daily. Yerba Slim will make your body burn more calories. Also if you take those extra sweets it wont be a problem, because it will make all the extra calories to burn. It makes you feel less hunger, you can't go wrong with this, believe me. Find it here:

Lyse XL is similar - but you should check the website and read how and why it works. Maybe you will like this one better. I don't know, it's your choice after all...

Stairs. Do an up/down routine doing intervals of 2 minutes average/ 2 minutes fast for 12 minutes 4-5 days a week. It'll work like a charm. BUT one, you have to do it faithfully and two, you also have to watch your dietary intake. Be prepared to be sore the first week, but keep going and work through it. Also make sure you have the proper shoes for both support and to help prevent falls/slipping.
Good luck........... :>)

Unfortunately there is no scientifically proven way to spot reduce body fat (we all wish there was though).

The best thing that you can do is anything that gets your heart rate up for 30-60mins 4-6 times per week, this will get rid of the most body fat :-)

Good luck :-)

You can't target weight loss to a certain area of your body but you can focus your exercises to your legs and lower body. Try walking DVDs by Leslie Sansone or Denise Austin to burn fat and work your legs & thighs.
