I eat a bagel for breakfast, a snapple for lunch, special K cereal and milk after school, then I go out to to play with friends for like 3-4 hours, and then I eat normal dinner. I am 14 years old. I am about 155 pounds. Will this help to lose 25 pounds in 1 month?

you have to eat regularely every 3 hours, snapple is not a meal, bagel is not the best choice - get some whole grain bread or old fashioned oatmeal. you need to incorporate some fruit and veggies in your diet.
diet is a way of life not a sprint.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Huge mistake. Your body will hold on to your fat, thinking that you are starving. You'll end up looking like those starving children in Africa with bloated bellies.
You can safely lose 1-2 pounds a week through diet and exercise as a combination. Eat a small meal every three hours to jumpstart your metabolism. Eat three vegetables and two fruits a day, plus about 4 oz. of lean meat like chicken or fish, three servings of low-fat milk (shown to help weight loss) and grains, too. Exercising with your friends is great, too, if you run around and play catch or something. Check out www.weightwatchers.com. You didn't gain this weight in a month, don't expect to lose it that fast either.

My first question is why do you want to lose weight? My second question is were you aware that there is no protein in your diet plan? You would be too tired to go out with friends. Diet plans are not meant to be starvation plans. You need a balanced plan that inludes fruit or vegetables, lean protein and slowly digestable carbs. Remember portion control. Eat lots of small meals instead of gorging at night.

It's not safe to loose that much weight in a month. I think you should eat more for breakfast and lunch and cut back at dinner. You should talk to your parents about this, and possibly get on a diet plan like weight watchers.

protein protein protein!!You have no protein in your diet plan. You are gonna feel so crappy & tierd & you'll probably gain even more weight because you 're going to consume alot of carbs & since you'll have no protein intake you'll have no energy to wanna get up & do something.Your going about this the wrong way!Talk to your parents#1.Try to have some kinda protein shake that's filling (whey protein) & maybe even one that contains vitamins(soy )Have it as a snack or for breakfast with some fruit.Do some kind of exercise.DO NOT SKIP MEALS!This will only hurt you & in the long run you'll gain more weight. Before anything else talk to your parents.
