eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

What are you doing exactly? I thought you were asking about losing weight but what you said is a good suicide plan. You trained your body to store energy from whatever it can find. Only eating crackers once a day? Where will your body get the vitamins from and all the minerals it needs?
You are just like my friend. He did 2.000 to 3.000 push-ups per day and ate very little. Until he got serious health problems. I could never understand why he did that. He wasn't even losing weight... lol
Look, you should get some expert help. I'll try and tell you shortly what you need to do.
It's great that you exercise that much, that's really awesome, very good work! But the problem is your diet. You need to eat more... But not too much at once. If you really did this for that long, this could get serious soon. You need to slowly, SLOWLY get to eat more each day... Until you eat like every normal person does. 3 times per day, the morning meal being the big one... Your body needs the most energy in the morning...
Now when you did that, you can slowly train your body NOT to store the fat. This is when the exercises help. They don't help if you STARVE your body and train it to store all the energy from the food, you eat... That's exactly what I warn people not to do, and you are great example of this...
There is one more thing that CAN help you lose weight, but please first take care of your health, I don't want anything to get wrong here... But still, check this awesome product, it's called Yerba Slim - it causes your body to burn more calories, and because you exercise that much, it will burn even more... AFTER you took care of your diet :)
You can find it here: http://yerbaslim.com/?zokiy
Good luck to you my friend! I'll cross my fingers for ya!

Lyomi, you are not losing weight the correct way. Doing all the exercise puts your body in nutritional deficiency. To make things worse, you are making yourself throw up, which makes your body retain more fat that you're trying to lose. How about start by eating healthy, so your body is not under starvation mode. I drink this healthy shake thing and supplements to keep my weight and not gain back what I've already lost. If you want to know more, I am willing to help.

Hey, you be careful! Drinking too much water can kill a person.
Don't think about about your weight. Replace those weight thoughts with nature & beauty. Eat smaller portions until your stomache shrinks. Eat healthy, exercise, get into sports with the buddies and have a blast! All the best to you.....you will reach you goal. Remember good health and fun!

Test your water. Most tap water are acidic due to the chlorine.
Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

I know that there is pretty musch no point me saying this but I will anyway. What you are doing is not going to help you to acheive your goals. In the process of trying to obtain your vision of the perfect body you are destroying the one that you have. You would find that should you start to eat more and not throw up you would get a leaner, more muscular physique...
I really think that you should talk with a councilor and a dietician to help you sort out your body issues and and eating habbits.
As the parnter of a reformed anorexic I wish you well in aknowledging your issues and hope that you can one day be happy with what you see in the mirror.

First of all, why would you want to be 130lbs for a man ? 2nd, if every guy did what you say you do would be in perfect health accept for the crackers. 3rd, making yourself throw up is wrong, what are you throwing up ? Water and crackers ?
If I were you, I'd go find a doctor to help you. Something is really really wrong with you.
