I doubt you'll have time to date much b/c you'll be working so much... So, you're "dating" will consist of flirting with ppl around the hospital or wherever you'll be doing you're residency.
"Attractive" is definitely in the eyes of the beholder. I would go for a woman with genuinely good, honest, compassionate, generous (etc.) character and she will be the most beautiful thing in your eyes... That is ALL that matters b/c "looks" will diminish w/time, regardless.
Believe it!!

I hope the primary reason you entered medical school was not so you would get an attractive date once you finish...

Why didn't you have any luck finding dates while your were in medical school? Did you really have absolutely no time? I'm interested to know because I am entering medical school soon and want to date and have a social life.

Yes. But if you can't get a date with an attractive woman now - then the ones who come onto you AFTER you are a practicing doctor - will probably be after your $$$.

Remember - women are attractive inside and out. Superficiality is creepy.

Probably - in many cases, doctor = money and attractive women are inherently attracted to money. But what's stopping you now? Are you too busy?

If not, if you're just holding off to shyness, just relax --- live your life in the NOW! Holding off for no reason, or because you're afraid to do something, just puts your entire life on the hold.

Women practice dismissal, fear, and preoccupation.

The number one dating advice for women is "play hard to get".

No one has ever seen the start of a relationship, and obese blobs, (that are 50% of the population), have immature hysteria that causes delirium in good looking women.

If you're attractive, yes.

If not, you'll probably have to wait until you have a practice and can afford whatever status symbols women look for these days. Cars, jewelry, etc.
