What really makes a girl stand out?

Guys, what really gets your attention. What makes girls stand out.

The things I look for in a woman make her stand out.

In no particular order, things I look for are:
-Educated. I find stupidity to be a major turn off. If a girl can't calculate
-Not ugly. "totally gorgeous" can be intimidating and unless I get a feel that she is interested in me, I probably won't bother. But it takes a lot for someone to be "ugly." For most women, a little make up goes a long way.
-Motivated.
-Has goals. She doesn't have to have her life planned out. But mile stones like graduate from college, get a good job, own a home, etc. are very important to me.
-Assertive. I hate being expected to read minds.
-Comfortable with her body.
-Fond of physical contact. I like physical contact (be it hand and hand or whatever).
-Seems to like me (not romantically).
-Common interests.
-Honesty.
-Knows what she wants. I don't want to just be some passing fancy. If she seems inconsistent, she is probably wasting my time (which I feel is as valuable to me as you feel your time is to you).

FYI: This was copied and pasted. This question is asked so often that it seems easier to just keep one list so that I don't forget things that I do actually care about.

A girl who is happy with herself and if confident. That is very rare these days. Also talents and gifts may make some girls stand out above others. I'm a girl and I'm straight, but I still think this is what makes a girl stand out.
