I don't see a reason to assume some entity that created everything. In fact, it would lead to all kinds of questions like what created the creator, where was the creator before he created everything, and other fun ones.

according to Christianity, yes. That which created everything, God almighty, is a human. And God.
If your question was 'Was that which created everyting, a human?' the answer would be no, although Mormons would say yes, because they do not distinguish essentially between gods and people (and angels) (hence the 'as man is God once was' statement above)

No. He is not human. But He is without a material body. If you are a Christian you will understand why there's a need for Jesus to go back and bring his body with him, otherwise he will not bother doing it. A spirit is a spirit without a purpose without a counterpart( material energy). This counterpart is what the spirit needs to understand and to be aware of its own existence.

P.S.
Your avatar, is that really you? It's provocatively sad and beautiful.

No, us humans evolved from a mass of particles that made our universe. The creator according to the xtians rather likes to kill rather than create.
