Your standard pink lemonade is made with a mix of cherry juice. HOWEVER! There are actually pink lemons, but I'm not sure that's what your standard pink lemonade is made from.

In the US, it is usually beet juice...here are some recipes..
Beet Lemonade
2 cups of water
1 cup sugar
1 TBSP chopped lemon zest (lemon peel)
4 whole cloves
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup fresh lemon juice
4 cups fresh beet juice
8 large mint leaves
Mint sprigs and thinly sliced lemon (garnish)
Over moderate heat add water, sugar, zest, cloves and salt together in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer.Cook 23 minutes or until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool and add lemon and beet juice along with the mint leaves.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.Strain and serve in tall glasses with ice cubes and garnished with a mint sprig and a lemon slice in each glass. Yields 1 ½ qts.

Strawberry Lemonade
2 pints strawberries, cleaned and hulled
3 cups cold water
3/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups club soda
In blender, puree strawberries. Combine the pureed strawberries with cold water, lemon juice and sugar; stir until the sugar dissolves. Add club soda. Serve over ice.
Makes 6 servings.

Cherry Lemon Cooler
3 cups water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup Northwest fresh sweet cherries, halved and pitted
1 cup fresh lemon juice, refrigerated
Crushed ice
1 bottle (1 liter) club soda or seltzer
Northwest fresh sweet cherries with stems
4 long stems fresh mint
Combine water and sugar in small saucepan; add halved cherries. Bring mixture to boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Strain syrup into container with tight fitting lid; discard cherries. Refrigerate syrup until cold.
Fill a tall 12 to16-ounce glass with ice. Pour 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/3 cup syrup over ice and top with club soda. Garnish with cherries and mint.
Makes 4 servings.
