I have tried all four methods that are recommended on the microsoft website. Through some research I have found that this is a common problem. Does anyone have a solution to my problem? Thanks

that is because you deleted a file that you shouldn't, anyways when you turn on your computer press f8 and restore your computer if f8 doesn't work try f10
