I have long, very curly (and easily knotted) hair and I am going on a job interview tomorrow and I wanted to know how I could wear it where it would look both professional AND pretty, showing some of my curls. Thanks!

Also, I will be wearing a black pantsuit with blue accessories, I'm trying to come up with a make-up concept too. Hehe.

Being a guy, I can't help with the make-up concept (though less make-up is better), but as the recruiting coordinator at my firm, I would definitely suggest something simple that keeps the hair out of your face - and a hairstyle that keeps you from playing with your hair if you get nervous.

(sorry I can't be more help with the particular style)

Good luck!

I think that your hair should be natural just the way it is. Don't change anything about that. For make up use tinted moisturizer with NO powder because you will be sweating bullets with all the nervousness. Put on a little blush. Not much. For the yes don't do anything but rim your eyes top and bottom with black eyeliner and use lots and lots of waterproof curling mascara. No eyeshadow needed. As for lips use a rosy red lipstick. Use your finger to blot it on then slick on some glossy MAC lipglass in Clear. You're set to go you pretty thing!

Either up or down, what ever you feel the most comfortable in. Just don't add any hair accessories. Makeup, should be soft and simple; nix on the heavy eyeliner, lashes, eyeshadow, lipstick, etc. Bare minerals helps with the cleanest and easiest natural look - go to ULTA and they will help you pull it together, they also have a hair salon in the back, so they can help you with that too! Hope your interview goes well!

A low pony tail held w/ an elegant clip or wrap a section of your hair around the elastic and secure it w/ a pin.

Depending on your age & face shape, you can loosely braid your hair, twist it into a bun and secure it w/ bobby pins. Allow a few strands to frame your face.

Something simple but sexy. Like-put your hair down and put bobby pins on the two sides closest to your ears. Then just let it shine!
