Yes, it is fine. They have been fertilized, which doesn't hurt their quality at all, if they are fresh. All eggs used to be like this before we removed the roosters from the equation. No worries.

I ate the egg but throw away the blood. It looks scary.

The eggs have been fertized to become chickens. I do not advise you to eat them. They most probably have a different taste now that they are impregnated.

i personally wouldn't advise it although if you were to cook them then the protein particles would bond and therefore the blood would be harmless....but it is better to be safe than sorry, so i would find other eggs.
