I'd order a pizza and wings.
I'm not much of a cook, and I'd rather chat with him than clean up after.
I'd make a nice dessert, though. Truffles or something tricky like that. And a good cup of coffee.

I think I would make my eggplant lasagna. I use thinly sliced eggplant instead of the noodles. it doesnt have meat so the cheese wouldnt be a problem. (I assume he is kosher) I would have an assortment of red wines, including a bottle of Mogen David since he is kosher. (but dont expect ME to drink it!)

Cheese Fondue.
Simple, elogent, and Biblical meal. Bread, Cheese, Vegtables, and wine. Yummy.

Chicken Parmesean with a Marsala mushroom sauce.
Some angel hair pasta (no pun intended) and a good wine.
Because it's my best.

First thing that comes to mind is fish.
If I had the chance to ask him what he would prefer I would, and I would make whatever he requested, but other then that I would go with my first answer.
