Some people are really rude when they give answers. I am going to answer this hoping it's a valid question. You never know on here. Your daughter should definitely be walking now. Does she make any sound at all? Has her hearing been checked recently? You need to make an appointment with your pediatrician immediately. Something just doesn't sound right. I mean, if she goes on regular check-ups, then her pediatrician should have noticed these things. And you as a mother should have told the doctor about your concerns. Something sounds fishy.

Was she doing these before now and stopped or she hasnt done them at all? Speak with the pediatrician and see what they say. Perhaps a referral to a neurolgist and a speech therapist might help to check her hearing and all physical aspects to make sure she is okay and then go from there.
I would be concerned. My daughter didnt walk until she was 19mos old and started talking at 20mos with help of the speech team

You need to have this child seen by a doctor. If your child at 18 months has quit walking and talking. She may have some major medical problem, don't wait, get this kid to the doctor NOW. Its close to an emergency already. Well does your kid understand German? Specken z duetch.

I would be concerned about it. It may not be depression but it maybe something else. I think the best thing for you to do is call your doc as soon as you can and get her in. If she is depressed the best thing to do is find out why and/or how to help her. Until you get in touch with your doc take her into sunshine. I know it sounds weird but it has been shown that if a person get direct sunlight it can help with feelings of depression. That is why may people get depressed during the winter. I hope she feels better soon!! I included some links that might be helpful.

Some children develope slower than others, but I think I would take her to someone to be checked. She may have hearing problems. Most kids are at least forming words and by two most are trying out sentences. Hearing can have an effect on walking too. Hearing effects balance. Of course understanding and comprehension would be lost, also. Please have her hearing tested. Soon.

Kids are unlikely to be depressed. Has she a problem with her hearing? Not all kids do things at the same age. If in doubt see a doctor. I'm serious about the hearing thing. That's often a problem that goes unnoticed for years.

She could be feeling lonely as if you or someone isn't playing with her or talking to her. I have a 2 year old and she acts like that when no one is paying attention to her. Just pay a lot of attention to her and buy her something new! Let her watch something on TV. She might have a tummy ache or something like that.

18 month olds don't get depressed. there is probably something else going on, a serious medical problem, or something stressful happening in the home.

Have you tried speaking to the doctor? If there is any tension in the home this may cause the child to act out of norm. Or is it possible the child is sick? If you have any concerns please take your child to the doctor.
