It seems like I get really tired and then on somedays I am awake. But I notice I have gotten lazier. Its not crazy, but I am not as awake or active as before. Should I get a blood test? Or is this normal for a teen to feel like you just woke up for a long period.

It is quite normal for a teen to have such feelings as one of the results of hormonal changes your body has however it could also be due to some other problems. If you had gotten your periods, you could usually have such feelings you mentioned especially before it but it is individual variable. You need to have a good balanced diet. If you feel there is something extremely strange, then see a doctor and have a check up.

I'm 16 and for about two years I've honestly felt like I'm constantly tierd. I fall asleep anywhere; at school, in the bath, even on the kitchen floor! I finally went to the doctor's last moth and the did lots of tests, (blood tests, urine tests, physical examinations etc.) It turned out I had a low white blood cell count. The doctor realized I had Lupus - something i had never heard of. They suggested I slept for two extra hours a night and they also put me on a special diet supplemented by medication. I never knew about lupus before I went to the doctors and I wish I hadn't put it off for two years. What ever the problem is (even if there isn't one) I think you should go to the doctors. Good luck! *hugs*

i'm variety O, yet i've got on no account heard of this. i'm especially healthful even with no longer "eating correct for my variety" and that i've got been veg for especially much 10 years. And if there replaced right into a undeniable weight loss software that replaced into superb for me (why might blood variety impact your physique's desires/traits lots?) i might rather no longer be right into a extreme protein/low carb weight loss software. That jogs my memory too lots of Atkins, and if somebody informed me I had to devour meat i might refuse... i'm fantastic the place i'm at and that i hate the way meat tastes and that i'm against the beef marketplace for ethical and environmental motives... as nicely, carbs are tasty. ^^

Do you keep a regular sleep schedule, and are you getting enough sleep? Otherwise think you should see a doctor. They are only ones who can order blood tests, if it turns out to be necessary.

worth checking for anemia and thryroid problems. A general physical might help, too. Are you depressed? See your family doctor.
