tower vases centerpiece?

I am a bride to be with ideas for my reception...I was wondering if you could add votive cups to the tower vase to make a tiered effect centerpiece? Also, how would you stabilize it?

If that is not what you are thinking you can always go to your local Michael's, Hobby Lobby, or whatever craft store is in your area. The people there LOVE to help with wedding designs.

Nix the short candles and due tall tappered ones
Stabalize with colored marbles and glass pebbles. They sell them at Wal Marts and Michaels
