Plz mention how much u grew?Till which age u grew?

Women are usually fully grown before they turn 18 but men usually are not. Quite frequently you will grow another few inches over the next few years. By 24 though you should be set for life.
You can't do anything for it. Genetics are set. However, how tall is the majority of your family? You can judge by them if you reasonably should expect to grow anymore. Sorry but if you come from short stock, nothing you can do about it.
If you are still growing though, you might get another couple inches over the next few years. I know my husband stayed the same, which happens to be the exact same height as both his father and grandfather. My exboyfriend though grew 4.5" since he graduated high school.
