I wouldn't say I'm "offended" by it but I definitely don't like it. All I can think about and look at is the socks and it's very distracting. If the rest of your clothes are off, the socks should be too.

I'm always barefoot myself but I don't know why I would be offended by someone else wearing socks anywhere or any time, even making love. What either of us wears on our feet doesn't affect the lovemaking, unless you're into using your feet in the act, but for me at least that doesn't apply.

Certainly, you wouldn't want your partner to have cold feet, would you--literally or figuratively?
No need to take offense, unless you have a foot fetish. Even then, simply ask the partner to remove the socks so you can adore the feet more.

not offended but its not a turn on. its kind of funny and i think its best not to have the urge to laugh at the person you are making love to.

I hope they are not offended by it.. my long toenails would be more of a turnoff..
And personally, I don't want theirs scratching me..

i pull them off her, specially if shes wearing black socks. Best piece of advice my dad ever told me was "son, if you are with a woman, take your socks off BEFORE you take your pants off".
