They break a person's nose for a nose job and it's a big surgery! So yes it does. When I was 15, I was told i needed a nose job by age 21 because I could have difficulties breathing. My nose looks normal and I have no problems yet (at 23). I hope I never do need one though cause it looks rough!!

You're beautiful just the way you're, and natural is always better. A lousy nose job = Michael Jackson (Sorry, if I offended any MJ fans) Learn to be satisfactory about your body, a slight bump and a bulbous tip won't affect your breathing. But if a plastic surgery can make you regain your self-confidence, you're way to go. Just be careful as plastic surgery can be addictive sometimes that might render a person into an unsatisfying abyss.

well when it's going on, you won't feel it cuz you'll be knocked out. but once you wake up, the pain will be excruciating...they'll give you morphine drips to help the pain. should subside within a couple days. i don't know this from experience, cuz i would never get a nose job unless it was reconstructive surgery. but i have heard stories.

yes. for proof, watch "The Swan", "Dr. 90210" or any other reality show about cosmetic surgery. but if you really want something, nothing - not even pain - can stand in your way.

You do not feel them operating on you (because of anaesthesia) but afterwards you will be in excruciating pain.
