coffee!
ok its 3pm and i woke up at 2pm [i know lol!] and took a shower then ate a bowl of cereal Special K and regular milk. with an orange. and i feel full..was that a meal to choose before a big workout at the gym??

**andddd the COFFEE THING HEHE..
also i heard something that is helps burn fat??
so is it better to drink the cup of coffe before or after the gym?? and why?

Just before you start your workout........It is a stimulant and gives you an energy boost............ Only one(1*) cup allowed........The meal you ate was OK......... You should not work out until after Three(3*) hours after eating.........Physical Fitness Instructor.

check out fitnessmagazine.com they have alot of advice on what to eat before a gym workout and I have never heard anything about coffee being able to burn fat, but I will definitely research it. Hope this helps.
