I like an 18 year old guy who lives three doors down but is moving (I'm sad about it). I'm 13 and we've never met in real life, but I often see him outside. What does it mean (over myspace) when he ignores all your messages until you have pictures up, and he finally messages you? The last message I sent him was about him moving, and in the message he just sent me, he told me it's about time that I got pictures up and then replied to my last message. Is he answering for me or my body?

It's obvious, not messages until your pictures where up.
Why bother anyway, as you are a bit too young to be dating anyway, and are moving soon.
Wait till you settle down in your new location, and school, and find someone, real, that you can relate too, without using the internet.

If you don't have pictures up, you could be someone else he knows that is playing games with him, or some creepy old guy, or anyone. However, having pictures up doesn't actually prove anything.
Honestly though, any guy that would ignore your messages until you post pictures is pretty sleazy.

It just means that he wanted to see you first.
He wasn't going to waste his time on someone he wasn't physically attracted to. Men are visual creatures, they have to have a physical attraction in order to be interested. Don't think bad about that, it's part of nature and the way men are made. They can't do anything about it, so don't expect them too
