If he likes you and if he is interested in you he will make a move and ask you out for sure. There isn't much you can do on your part though.

Time is running out of ou both, so ask him out for dinner, so you can talk and get to know each other better.
It may not work out for you, but at least, you will have tried.
If you don't, you will regret it, so just make the first move, college is a learning experience, and with you not having a boyfriend, it's time you learned how to do that.

There's a time and a place for everything, and it's called college.
Go ask the man out - now. Get off the computer, and start living life!

I agree! Get off the computer and go talk to the guy! :-) There is no harm in simply talking to a person.

Ask the man out for coffee... maybe you'll find that he's every bit as fabulous as you think. Or maybe you'll find that he's not as good as you imagined. Either way, there's no harm in asking, and you'll regret it if you don't.

In college we spell the words the this way, that's this way, He's this way, didn't this way, other this way, glancing this way, and I'm this way. Oh, we also capitalize the first word of each sentence. Are you sure you are in college?

You should talk to him face to face and tell him how you feel.
