Well, probably not. It's actually illegal for a pharmacy to take pills back once they leave the store. I hope you can understand the logic in this. However, if you deal with an independent pharmacy, they may be willing to dispose of them for you, but I wouldn't count on getting my money back. Sorry, but that's business.

No, once they leave, you can't get a refund. Those drugs are unsellable. There are concerns about tampering. No one wants a repeat of the cyanide in tylenol incident.
