Well DUH....you first have to be lacking common sense if your gonna put a blindfold on while driving....and i do believe that the law would call that "Recklessly Endangering the Lives of Others" and your punishment would depend on if you injured or killed someone before you were stopped and cited............

there is no real law againist it but i think they just thought it was kind of dumb to even try it so it is legal but not smart but if you ever try it just yell out the window "get out of the road you moron" and if you hit some one leave the car and run just take of the blind fold after the impact

it sure is how much would you want to be fined
dangerous driving,reckless driving,driving without due care,
that's only some of them about $1000-$2000 FINE +LOSS OF LICENCE

if you are on private land you can.
the law states you can be stopped from driving if their is somethng impeeding your view like a crack in the windowscreen
