emails between employees formal or informal?

1-do you think informal emails between employees reflect the impact of internet language?
2- are such emails supposed to be formal?

It depends upon the nature of the information exchanged. As long as respect and a little sense is used, meetings can be informal. That goes for e-mail as well. Remember respect.
