I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

There is nothing wrong with you... do some crunches and sit ups that will help get rid of the fat... And if you want to keep it that way eat a heathly balanced diet.

You are normal. Every woman has a problem area. Mine is my hips and stomache. I absolutely hate it. Try reading something by Denise Austin. She has some great books that help you target only the areas you need to.
