not very unfortunatly. you have to show it is causing you health issues. my friend had one 6 yrs ago due to really bad back pain. see your doctor and ask for advise. if no help get a 2nd opinion she had too

just go to your gp and say that you are depressed about your body(breast) and tell them that you would like a boob job. my friend had her's done with in 6months. thinking of doing it myself!
